I guess if you liked your job you could go this. I have left both my previous jobs after hitting one year. No room for growth and no pay increase. Even after trying to negotiate.

Excellent advice. I’ve beeen with the same company for 6 years getting new roles/promos about every 18 months since I don’t need the whole 1st 6 months to learn the business and company.
