Resell it and get yourself a waterproof foam changing pad. There has never been a day I’ve changed my baby in the same place. I change her where I am in the house.

When my son was real little we had like 3 full size changing tables in our house and I loved having them and used them a ton. Having little baby hubs everywhere was a game changer. 💛

Do you have one in her nursery? Idk how artistic you are but you could make it circus themed or what matches with her crib. then I think square wicker baskets would look cute.

I have 2 under 2 & the main thing is having diaper supplies in each room/bag/car so you can change them wherever and feel prepared. I’m always changing baby on the floor, couch, bed, on the go, etc.

my friend has a dresser for all his clothes, when she changes her sons diaper she can just reach into a drawer to grab clothes/diaper without walking away or crouching! they're in the top drawer!

The BEST thing we did was have cute little baskets with all the changing essentials in each room! Never once did we use our changing table!

You need to flip it and buy a dresser that you can put a table top changer pad with belt on it so you can use it in multiple spaces over the years.
