Hahaha! I so relate. 3 of us were having lunch in the room while one of the kiddos was having a hard time. they were screaming at the top of their lungs, we just put on the noise canceling headphones

Okay but from experience putting the headphones on myself has made them stop screaming faster 😂😂 not an everytime thing but helpful tool

My son had a meltdown yesterday and screamed so loud I thought I’d have permanent damage 🤣. Then he casually said “can I get a hug now”. Sure buddy, that’s progress in my eyes!
