They’re simple to make, taste great and have a crispy exterior and a soft and fluffy inside. Topping them with some maple syrup & berries and you have an amazing breakfast! 📝 Ingredients 📝 ▪️2 cups flour ▪️2tbsp baking powder ▪️2tbsp sugar ▪️1tsp baking soda ▪️1/2tsp salt ▪️2cups butter milk ▪️1/3cup melted butter ▪️2 eggs ▪️1tsp vanilla extract 🍴Steps🍴 1)In a large bowl whisk together your flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 2)Add in your melted butter, eggs, buttermilk & vanilla. Whisk this until mostly smooth, a few clumps are okay. 3)To a pre heated and greased up waffle iron add about 1/2 a cup of batter and cook on high for 2.5 minutes.
