@gabbituft: Replying to @ttorresangelca You asked for it 🙈 - There just simply isn’t enough research on Kombucha to determine if it’s healthy for you or not. - A single study was done showing it may help to lower blood sugar in Type 2 diabetics BUT it was a pilot study with only 12 people and further research is required. - Aside from that, Kombucha tends to have sugars and carbs in it, plus alcohol and usually some caffeine. Personally, I’d rather get my probiotics from a freeze dried source that doesn’t contain either of those items. - BUT - I never judge. - Takeaway: if you’re doing a low or no-carb nutrition plan, you’ll want to avoid this. - If you do have carbs in your nutrition, then you’ll want to account for the calories and sugars/carbs. - Happy shopping! - Over 2000 clients of success in the last 14 years. – Details in my profile for my one on one fitness and nutrition coaching – Or go to coachgabbi.com. – Happy shopping! - Not a paid partnership…with anyone - ever. - #h#healthyh#healthyfoodn#nutrition
