I saw a child on the opposite side of the intersection from her "parent" panhandling. it would so easy for some1 to kidnap and I don't think the "mom" cared

I see this all the time in Vegas , and it makes me mad because why drag the kids into it !?specially in this weather 🤦🏻♀️. Knowing most of these people have a perfectly air-conditioned home.

i grew up in the richest city in wa state. there was this lady who would panhandle with hella kids all in really nice clean clothes. nice baby stroller. it was actually insane and embarrassing
