I married a gypsy 40 years ago. All his family were gypsies and proud of it. Don’t understand where this has come from.

I’m a gorga and I grew up round travellers and they never hid who they where. To me they where just mum and dads friends but they all had jobs like you say, or dealt in scrap keep being you girl 💚

I understand what you're saying and the majority of Travellers don't deny who they are but, there are Travellers who I know that have hid who they are for certain jobs like doctors, guards etc. 1/2
