I do a quick gravning, just like 30-60 min evermore I cook/grill my salmon. Helps a lot with texture and makes the fish more firm! 😊

can you use "any kind" of salmon? in austria most of the time there is only "wild"salmon and they are not for raw eating? do i need sushi quality salmon for that?
