If it’s one side of your face it might be the side you lay on at night, try washing your pillowcase with unscented soap, I also use peroxide on a cotton round to treat acne

Maybe flip your pillowcase over every day and wash it twice a week bc a pillow after 24 hours has more germs than your phone so I flip mine over every night then wash it helped my acne so much!!

Panoxyl is best for clearing up acne!!! It’s a face wash and it will bleach your rags so get some cheap washcloths if you get it! It’s at Walmart.
