😂 Dude… my adult step kiddos call me all the time asking if I can do something for them because their anxiety is too high to do it and their dad and I both say “you’re an adult, do it yourself” 😂😂

I feel this completely. I recently had an assistant manager, mid 20s, say he had to ask him mom if it's OK if he quit his job. partly because he still lives at home. come on now.

if you don't give them the knowledge to do things on their own for themselves and if you can't show at the interview your good on your own then things aren't going to work out to well
