@kauscooks: Katsu Curry Udon Recipe 🍜 I love a good old katsu curry with rice but have you tried it with udon? The best - and ofcourse inspired by Marugame which is where I first tried it with udon! I always use the Katsu curry blocks which are a store cupboard essential for me - so much easier than making it from scratch and tastes just the same in my opinion. I get the “hot” ones but tbh I don’t find them hot and usually add more chillis ontop hehe Recipe (serves 3-4) Katsu chicken: - 2 chicken breasts (halved) - 3 eggs & 3 tbsp milk - 2 cups Plain flour - 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs Seasonings of your choice: I add salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder Curry udon: - 2 tbsp oil - 1 small white onion - 3 cloves garlic - 700ml water - 3 curry blocks - Spring onions, red chillis to garnish #katsu #udon #noodles #EasyRecipes
