I had canceled my Adobe account after leaving my marketing job and no longer needing it, went through my bank statements a few months later and they had reinstated my account and wouldn’t refund me. I had to get my bank involved and dispute the charges.

If you use Photoshop switch to Affinity, if you use Lightroom switch to Capture One, if you use Premiere Pro switch to DaVinci Resolve.

My school gives us a full subscription to all adobe software and definitely won’t cancel it. I use like 7 different softwares from them for my classes and can’t afford to replace them. What do I do?

It’s crazy bc like law firms & hospitals use adobe, like how can they breach that confidentiality!?!?!! Like it’s not just creatives that use adobe!!

This is why I use my cash app card for them. I don’t care what happens to it. even then when they’re trying to be aggressive about charging me one would just cancel the card and send me a new one

Many professionals are going to leave Adobe I myself am a forensic artist and work with private/sensitive imagery that cannot be distributed outside of the official channels let alone commercially

I picked up the Affinity (graphic design software, photo editing software and publisher) suit for $80. And also downloaded Inkscape. These things seem to be able to replace my adobe needs
