from what I can see the cyclist was tucked in to the side of the road , looks pretty considerate to me little man with a dash cam

Personally I always consider self preservation, no matter how careful other road users or what rights a cyclist has, a crash never ends well for the person on 2 wheels…just saying

the truck driver might be bike rider and pink top is so other vehicle can see the rider lol I stick too bike tracks myself !!!!!
