Depends how big the bedroom is. But I would probably go option 2 unless the bedroom is huge and can afford to lose space

Op 2 A, to avoid eating precious bedroom space, what if you relocate the door to the center and have a closet on either side. It might also give the toilet some privacy?

Or you could just install pocket doors or exterior barn doors and save yourself a ton of work and money.

Option 2 for sure but I agree with way people are saying about the toilet but I know that might be difficult to move. Maybe you could add a pony wall to cover the toilet 🤔
