@mercedesmariefit: I was the girl who hated having thick thighs & wanted to be skinny. Who spent money on fad diets and bs supplements I saw other people doing online… Who tried to lift weights in the gym and also spent hours and hours doing cardio. Who also attempted to eat “healthy” and cooked chicken, rice, and veggies weekly. Even fish… I HATE fish, I always have. 🤮 I believed that eating a strict diet and cutting out “bad” foods that I enjoyed = being healthy. And despite all of the effort that I was making… I saw zero real progress… Because even though I was showing up and I was putting in effort, I had no idea what the f*ck I was doing. 🙌🏼 . . .
