I became homeless last year when my landlord gave me 30 days to move out then rented it for double amount. 😡

This happened to me… They tried raising my rent in additional $800, but before I could sign or consider signing, they said that I had to move out so they could renovate.

rent laws just changed on how much landlords can increase also the amounts of deposits and making payments on the deposit as well as possibly paying to relocate you
