@annabelleronnfeldt: Dumbbell Z-Press 🤌🏻 An exercise you can see regularly in my Hybrid program that doubles as both a core and shoulder exercise. How to perform it correctly: - Point elbows at a 45 degree angle (same angle as your legs). This helps protect that shoulder socket. - Tense your quads and flex your feet. This will help maintain an upright position. - Keep chest proud and core switched on. We want to avoid that lower back arching. - Press to full extension and remember to breathe through the reps.
