They are left over from the pandemic I remember during the pandemic there was no Tylenol the pharmacist at Walmart was selling this as a alternative

For those wondering it is the same as Advil/tylenol depending on the active ingredient. It has all natural colours and flavourings instead of dyes ect. Works just the same and same active ingredient
