Taste 9/10 Difficulty: Easy to Medium  Briefing: So here we have an easy-peasy date night recipe dish. Super fun and it tastes delicious. Tbh, I think this is one of my favourites amongst the churros and dessert pizza. Before you begin: Serves 2, so you need 2 noodle packets. I went with Korean noodles for this recipe but you could switch it up as you please. So, if you went for more Japanese ramen noodle packets then switch the Gochujang with miso paste for example.  Garnish Ideas:  - Pork Belly (recipe below) - House-made ramen (check serious eats) - Seaweed - Mozzarella shreds  - Rice cakes  - Soft-boiled egg - Scallions Ramen Broth for 2 Part 1 - 2 packets of Korean instant ramen broth powder + 600g water - A few slices of spring onions, 4 button mushrooms finely slices, a few slices of fresh ginger, and 4 dried shitake mushrooms (optional) - 16 gelatine bloomed sheets for a silkier mouth feel (optional) Process: Add together and allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and add bloomed gelatine. Mix until well combined and keep warm. Heat before serving.  Part 2 (per bowl) -	1 egg yolk -	1 tsp Gochujang -	2 tsp kewpie mayo  -	1 tsp sweet soy sauce  -	1 tsp regular soy sauce -	1 tsp olive oil  -	1 tsp sesame oil Process: Add everything in a bowl and mix. Repeat the process with the second bowl. When all your other garnishes are ready and prepped, add gently half of your hot broth and mix in.  Pork Belly Recipe - 400g pork belly - 1kg  water + 1 chicken stock cube - 330g light soy sauce - 225g sweet soy sauce  - 81g packed brown sugar - 125g oyster sauce - 9 star anise  - 5 black peppercorns - 15 ginger slices  - 2 garlic cloves - 2 cinnamon sticks  - 1 bay leave  - 30g Gochujang (optional) Process: Add everything to a medium to a large pot. Bring to boil with the pork belly then back to a gentle simmer for 1.5 to 2hrs. Allow to cool slightly then slice to desired thickness. Notes: Use 300g of leftover stock and reduce until it thickens. Use this stock to baste pork belly slices and torch to get a beautiful char/caramelization.
