*I want to preface this with saying that everyone’s journey should look a little different. The way I went about it will not work for everyone and will only work for some. So find your own way. Just sharing since I constantly get asked how🖤 For the first nine months of my journey, I was only tracking my carbs and sugar. I had a true addiction to both, and I needed to break it. I tracked 20 net carbs or less a day and NO sugar.  I ate a lot of meat, cheese, eggs, green veggies, low carb wraps & a little bit of sugar free treats here and there! I did that every day for nine months and lost 80 pounds.  I then transitioned to calorie counting and tracking everything I ate while reincorporating a moderate amount of carbs and sugar back into to my diet for the remainder of my journey. That is how I lost the last 20 pounds & hit my ultimate goal of losing 100 pounds and one year!  I didn’t incorporate exercise until I had lost about 50 pounds. I then focused on getting 30 minutes of activity in every single day, no matter what that looked like. It could be swimming with my daughter, taking a walk, tennis, even mowing the lawn counted. As long as my Apple Watch registered 30 minutes of activity, I had hit my goal.  I also intermittent fasted during my entire journey, and I still do today! I stop eating by 8 PM every night, and I don’t eat my next meal until after 12pm the next day! It is truly how I feel my best.  I ALSO drank a minimum of 100oz of water every day and still do! I hope this helps encourage some of you and help you realize that anyone really can do this. But it takes dedication and consistency. #weightlosstransformation #weightlossmotivation
