STUFFED PASTA SHELLS - SPINACH & RICOTTA FILLING WITH MEAT SAUCE (double the recipe to fit a 9x13in baking pan) MEAT SAUCE: 1lb ground beef spices 1/4 onion, diced 1/2 tomato, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 14oz marinara 1. In a hot pan, cook the ground beef. Once browned, mix in your spices, onion, tomato and garlic and cook until the onion softens. 2. Add in the marinara, mix, cover and let it simmer for 20 mins on medium-low heat. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. (transfer the mix into a piping bag if using) TO ASSEMBLE: 1. Boil the jumbo pasta shells (25) until al dente. 2. Cover the bottom of a deep dish/ pan with half of the meat sauce 3. Stuff the shells with the ricotta mix and place them on top of the meat sauce 4. Cover everything with the remaining meat sauce and cheese, cover with foil & bake at 375°F/ 190°C for 20mins. 5.
