unplugged your battery for 15 mins and then take the positive and negative cables and and touch then together make sure there is no batyery or power connected it will clear the memory of the radio

my durango did that.had to be reprogrammed and a new key fob $300 for a lock smith the old key fob still locks and unlocks the door but want start the car

Same thing happened to me . Ended up being the computer. Paid dodge 2k for new computer for it to go out again ended up they had to send Chrysler engineer to look at it took 4 months ended up selling

If it’s like Honda there are two codes the anti theft code and radio theft code

That’s the anti theft light you have to use a obd2 scanner wipe the codes and it should help for alittle bit

I had to contact the dealer,dodge,uconnect, and eventually mopar, bc an ota update bricked my radio. However you have a slightly different problem. You should check out AlfaOBD. Amazing app for mopar
