Just a curious question but when do can u go into hospice (the home to die I mean). I have stage 4 bc and stable after 6yrs besides being told I up to 18mnths. Live in nz so different again

When my grandma was dying I remember we counted the amount of time between each breath and it getting longer and longer apart. She refused to let go until after we left and said goodbye

When my husband passed he was alert the whole time! My sister in law sang Amazing Grace and he said that’s a beautiful song and then he passed. I’m still grieving and it’s been 8 yrs
