I worked my way through nursing school as an aide. It should be required to be an aide so you'll appreciate them. They are worth more than any MBA in healthcare.

People need to know that certified nurses aides are so important. If patients are not kept clean they get pressure sores or decubitus ulcers. Growing old and infirmed is a bummer.🇺🇸😬
