I’ve broken those exact bolts myself. Nothing an air hammer can’t hammer out and then added new nut and bolt!

I can't tell you how many exhaust jobs I do for cheap but a quality job cause they are very easy to do with the right tools especially a torch air hammer and a welder

I just drove my 85 c20 around let headers get hot then took nuts off I also soaked with wd40 also that’s how I changed my exhaust donuts but ⚠️hot.

The way I see it if you don't have the correct tools to do the job don't take it on,I respect any shop who says I don't do that or can't handle that job more than,take it to someone else to finish it!
