on windows, there's a similar feature (thru powertoys) that you can use to get hex codes with less clicks

There’s a keyboard shortcut command to do that in one step, CMD + Shift+ C I think

But be mindful of how it works, as it captures color values in P3 cllor space, which can be problematic if you try to use it then in color coordinated software. You will see a difference in color.
