Fidgeting - This refers to the constant movement of hands or feet, or shifting in one's seat. People with ADHD often find it difficult to stay still, even during activities that require calmness, such as sitting in a classroom or attending a meeting. 2. Inability to sit still - Individuals may frequently get up from their seats in situations where remaining seated is expected. They might wander around, pace, or find reasons to leave their seat. 3. Always on the go - Often described as being driven by a motor, this sign indicates an inner restlessness and the need to be constantly active. It can manifest as an inability to relax or engage in leisure activities quietly. 4. Being loud - People with ADHD may talk excessively and loudly, often without being aware of the volume of their voice. This can be due to an impulsive tendency to speak out or an attempt to release pent-up energy. 5. Interrupting - Impulsivity leads to frequent interruptions in conversations or activities. Individuals might blurt out answers before questions are fully asked, finish other people's sentences, or intrude on conversations or games. These signs can be disruptive and may affect social interactions, academic performance, and occupational functioning.
