Charmers most likely ask questions like, “What projects are you working on that I could help you with should I get hired?” and “How can I make your life/job easier?” If you are a Challenger, you prioritize being respected and heard. Challengers most likely ask questions like, “ “What are next steps in the interview process?” “What are the top priorities of the position?” “Why did the incumbent leave” (Challengers show their value by asking a lot of questions) If you are an Examiner, you prioritize getting it right and you see job interviews as pass or fail. Examiners most likely ask questions like, What’s the day-to-day of the position” or “How will you evaluate me should I get the job?” If you are a Harmonizer, you prioritize adapting and you see a job interview as a tryout for a team that you want to join. Most likely Harmonizers will not ask questions because they never want to rock the boat and want to be seen as easy going.
