Add sugars to melted butter and whisk. 2. Add the egg and vanilla, mix well. 3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, cornflour, coffee, and salt. Add to the butter mixture and mix until just combined. 4. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Assemble & Bake 1. Line an 8x8 inch (20cm) square pan with parchment. 2. Spread half the brownie batter evenly at the bottom. 3. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top, pressing lightly to cover. Repeat 4. Bake at 175°C 40-50 mins until the top is golden and set but the center is still slightly soft.  Cool completely before slicing into bars.   #food #Foodie #Recipe
