I went white water rafting in West Virginia, one of the biggest adrenaline rushes of my life. It’s not for the weak hearted but definitely worth doing

1 time went WWR unintentionally, fell in and did 4-6 flips in water hitting mostly rocks.. oh and I can’t swim somehow I survived 🫣🤦🏻♀️all caught on GoPro btw

white water rafting was easily the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done 😭 afterwards, I cried in painnn from the amount of work it took to paddle in rapid water like that! I was not prepared 🤣😂
