that letter is a threat letter. the neighbor is making threats in writing. can use letter to make a report with police.

I lived upstairs and taught my daughter to be quiet because we lived over people. Never had a complaint and lived there 4 yrs.

This is why I will never again live in an apartment. Kids are noisy and it sucks having to tell them to be quiet all the time. It’s just a stressful living situation

I cut the noise after 10pm even though we own our home I make sure my dog and anyone staying over is quiet after 10pm.

When I moved in to the building I live in . I introduced myself to my downstairs and let her know if she hears my 2yr I do apologize every time. If we are up late until 10:30pm
