We are forced to ask. I work for speedway and we get mystery shoppers n if we don’t upsell, ask about speedy card, and greet we fail and after 2 we get fired like we don’t wanna ask u either

at a retail place I used to work we had to ask the customer follow up questions even if they already told us they didn't want one. I hated it, but we would get written up if we didn't.

I almost lost out on points/rewards at a store I have been shoppin at 10+ years because they didn't ask for my number! luckily I mentioned it before paying BECAUSE I HAD 10$ ON THERE

Okay I work at Harkins. And I have to ask for rewards and to get a free popcorn refill you have to be and awards member and when people get mad cuz they don’t wanna sign up and want “ there” refill 💀
