We have breakfast for dinner once a week and this is one I couldn’t pull out of the oven fast enough! 🤤 Using my FAVORITE HIGH PROTEIN pancake mix from @Flourish Pancakes 23g of protein per serving, texture, taste and fluffiness is 10/10! Code: ALISHA367 SAVES! Ingredients: ✨2 1/2 cups pancake mix ✨1 pound breakfast sausage (uncooked)(next time I’ll use regular) ✨2 cups shredded cheese (I used cheddar) ✨1/4 cup milk ✨Syrup for dipping Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F 2. Add pancake mix, uncooked breakfast sausage, shredded cheese, and milk into a mixing bowl. 3. Use a stand mixer to mix all the ingredient together for about 1 minute. If you don’t have a stand mixer you can use a spoon or your hands, just make sure all the ingredients are mixed evenly. 4. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to make little sausage balls and place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. I put about a 1 inch space between all of the sausage balls. 5. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with syrup for dipping!
