they are worth it if ypu craving something salty buy KFC soup it helps with the craving. I still have them,had them since March and my goal weight is 6r I'm currently on 75 started on 99kg

i installed on the 6th June..i was weighing 80 before i installed them, i am now on 74kg and its day 9 ..my goal is 65kg...im so happy and they are not painful anymore, im used to them and i dont crave anything 🥰

don't bother trying to squeeze a bit of meat, it's exhausting, try making homemade soups, cosodyl mouth wash is better than normal ones u can get at any pharmacy, u even forget to eat coz u mostly ful
