They do 100% thats why i switched to discs and its cut the cramping in half. No leaks, no frequent changes. Easy and you dont feel them. EVERYONE NEEDS TO TRY IT!!!

I have this thing where I faint from pain/blood (vasovagal) and once I got cramps in class and almost fainted 😭 I needed an escort to the nurse but I got to skip some class soo… 🤷♀️
