Idk if it is the healthy way but the ordinary AHA peeling solution brings my cystic acne to a head in a day or two!

I always get hormonal acne on my chin! The only thing I use is good molecules BHA clarify gel cream. It’ll dissolve it.

mine in that area just never come to head and hurt the entire time... the microneedle pimple patches help a bit for me and then i toss a hydrocolloid bandaid on top to secure (and prevent picking...)

Please don’t put ice on your face, it can increase irritation and even cause cold burns. Use a spot treatment and some pimple patches and it’ll be gone in a couple days :)
