I love my pillow BUT the spots for the arms make no sense if you’re used to sleeping with an arm under your billow for 20+ years. The arm part is useless for these pillows but the neck part works.

I got one for my neck pain. I had to flip it around to try each side at night and my neck and shoulder still was in pain. Also it's not really long enough to comfortably place your arm underneath.
