When I was with my ex, my anxiety was the worst it had ever been - I couldn’t function, my hair was falling out and wouldn’t grow back, I was vomiting a fair bit when I never normally did. After I broke up with him after 3 years, everything basically went back to normal - hair grew back, I never felt nauseous again, and my anxiety became manageable and I regained more control. Your body really does try to warn you.
