If it wasn’t so expensive to get a ultrasound and biopsy to get tested for breast cancer/lumbs maybe people would get tested more often.

Maybe if checkups were free so many young women could catch it early? Most young people starve so they can pay their rent the last thing they want to pay for is a breast cancer screening

Yeah most insurances won’t cover a mammogram if you’re under 40. And if you’re under 29 and have a lump, you still won’t get a mammo, just an ultrasound

I found lumps at 19 and every single dr told me it was normal. I had to argue for half an hour for a biopsy. they agreed, got me out the door, and then refused to set it up or see me again. ½
