I had the same problem with my W211 220CDI. The same complaint like at the clip with the smell and it was the injector.

i have the same problem om646.evo, third injectors lieak at the same place. i replaced the gasket it, the leakage diminished but still présent. any suggestions? ghanks and good luck!!
