I bought Business class to NYC with my friends and they asked ALL of us to switch, abd I'm like I paid for specific seats because of my mobility issues and the family got mad.. ohh well

I love how the families that want to sit together always need to take the first class seats. Give your first class seat to the person next to you in coach and let your family sit together in coach.
