When we bought the previous owner brought a 3 ring binder with EVERY manual for every appliance in the house. Even the smoke detectors. She was the sweetest.

When we did the final walkthrough the morning of closing, they still had most of their furniture and were still actively moving out.

A friend discovered at her final walkthrough that not a single thing had been removed. Food, dishes, clothes, furniture. They had to hire a mover to pack everything & get it out.

We left behind yard tools (rakes, shovels, etc). They called and told us to get it. I said cool, let’s reschedule closing. They decided to keep it.

1. I don’t remember having a final walk through but the sellers left a lot of things behind. I was so annoyed. And carpet cleaning was also in the contract. They didn’t do that either. My agent ended
