Lenyekkan  menggunakan garfu sehingga hancur. 2	Masukkan minyak kelapa, serbuk kayu manis, serbuk pala, esen vanilla dan gaul sebati. 3	Masukkan tepung gandum, secubit garam, serbuk penaik, serbuk soda bikarbonat dan gaul sebati. 4	Masukkan coklat chips vegan dan kacang walnut. Gaul sebati. Sediakan loyang non-stick segi empat tepat dan sapukan mentega dalam loyang. 5	Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan letak kepingan pisang diatas. 6	Bakar selama 25-30 minit dalam suhu 170c. Biarkan ia sejuk seketika, keluarkan dari loyang dan sedia untuk dipotong. 	 Preparation time: 15 minutes	 Cooking time: 30 minutes	 Servings: 3 pax	 	 Recipe	 Ingredients:	 4 bananas	 ½ cup brown sugar	 ½ cup coconut oil	 1 tsp vanilla essence	 ¼ tsp cinnamon powder	 ¼ tsp nutmeg powder	 10 walnuts	 1 ½ cups wheat flour	 1 ½ tsp baking powder	 ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda	 a pinch salt	 Some vegan chocolate chips	 	 Cooking method:	 1	Prepare a large bowl, add bananas and brown sugar. Mash with a fork until crushed. 2	Add coconut oil, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, vanilla essence and mix well. 3	Add wheat flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, bicarbonate soda powder and mix well. 4	Add vegan chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix well. Prepare a non-stick bread mould and spread butter nicely. 5	Put the mixture into the non-stick bread mould and place the banana slices on top. 6	Bake for 25-30 minutes at 170c. Let it cool for a while, remove from the mould and it's ready to cut.
