In America, they use pesticides, but not in U.K./Europe, or significantly less. Organic is de facto less toxic.

I fully understand that are the exact same nutrition but I’m more concerned with the taste. There are some organics grown on smaller scale that taste better.

I switched to organic, because I ate a tomato that tasted like uncooked bacon, and grapes tasted like old artificial sweets. The difference in quality of eggs is enormous too. 3 weeks is too weak

I agree, however, I still believe grass fed beef is better than grain fed. I don’t think anyone could argue that.

Sometimes organic foods taste better than non-organic, such as bananas 🤷♀️. Texture and sweetness is different and personally preferable. Great info!

Yup, I’ve been to a seminar where another scientist said the same thing and it made me feel validated with not buying overpriced organic produce

I think one outlier though would be eggs. Huge difference between pasture, raised organic and stuck in a cage all its life
