@tim.osterhus: Only go as deep as your shoulders allow. If you can’t go that low yet, it’s certainly possible to work to it slowly. The advantage of going lower is that your chest and shoulders get a more significant stretch and a greater range of motion, which could potentially lead to more hypertrophy and certainly leads to more strength in a wider range of motion. #dips #calisthenics #mobility #bodybuilding
