First we will cut our leftover lasagna into medium to large rectangular sized pieces and add them to a large baking sheet. Put them to the freezer for 15-30 mins to firm up a bit more. 2.) While our lasagna is in the freezer we will prepare our breading coating. We will first add 2-4 cups flour to a large dish, then make a mixture of 3 eggs and 2 of cups milk in a separate dish, and finally add seasoned bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of finely shredded Parmesan cheese to another separate dish. 3.) Once our lasagna is chilled to your liking we will coat each piece with the contents of each of the dishes we just prepared in the order below: [Coat 2x in the egg and breadcrumbs] 1.) Flour 2.) Egg mixture 3.) Breadcrumbs 4.) Egg Mixture 5.) Breaches 4.) Once each piece is coated well we will transfer them to the baking sheet once more and add to the freezer for another 15-30mins 5.) While the lasagna is in the freezer we will heat up vegetable oil in a large pot at 375 degrees. Fry until they are at your desired browning and crispiness. 6.) Finally garnish with some chopped parsley, Parmesan, and dip it in some pasta sauce. 7.) ENJOY!
