Question Why can I make the noise with the crisp packet and it doesn't bother me but if someone else does it. it bothers me. Neil biting. breathing heavy eating loud etc bothers me badly 🥺

Most any repetition noise (misophonia) or movement (misokenesia) drives me wild, and overwhelmed when I can’t defend myself by asking someone to please stop for fear of insulting or embarrassing them.
