I've used it for more than a year but there's no difference for the hyperpigmentation. It did help with odor and bacteria control though. The dark spots seem to be a hormone issue.

I've noticed a difference within a week. Ditch the cottons pads and rub it in like lotion. Put your regular moisturizer on afterwards. Night time is the best time to do it. Every night.
