Another vegan loaf cake, that I made with fresh strawberries and white chocolate ✨ I love how versatile my loaf cake recipe is, you can honestly use whatever you want or have around the kitchen.. I used strawberries because I had so many to eat up! The white chocolate adds a delicious sweet creaminess to the loaf, and the strawberries a nice tart flavor. I topped with an easy dried strawberry glaze that I mixed with powdered sugar. This loaf cake is so delicious, easy, and perfect for summer! One bowl. Minimal easy ingredients, and sooo delicious. Strawberry white chocolate vegan loaf: ✅2 cups flour ✅1 cup sugar ✅1 tsp baking powder ✅1 tsp baking soda ✅pinch of salt ✅1/2 cup avocado oil ✅1/2 cup vegan coconut yogurt ✅1 cup vegan milk ✅1 tsp vanilla extract ✅1/2 cup strawberries chopped ✅1/2 cup white chocolate First preheat oven to 350. Then, start with dry ingredients in a bowl. Flour, sugar, baking powder; baking soda and salt. Then make a duvet in the center of bowl and start pouring in the wet ingredients. One by one. Leave milk for last to make sure consistency is not so runny. It’s suppose to be a wet thick mixture but not dry. Then mix in berries and chocolate Gently. Place in a loaf pan filled half way.
