Okay so why is it that I can still make noise…. Because I once tried screaming and couldn’t but made enough noise to let my partner know that I needed help, because he knew this was happening a lot.

It’s the part in your brain that stops you from falling off the bed. You wake up during that & that’s why you experience paralysis

I had a dream of my school cause I was out for a while and I went up to my teacher and he asked why I was out and I said something happened he said oh really cause I thought it was ……. And I said oh no it wasn’t that and he said “oh it’s crazy you chose me to reframe your memories.” Then I got sent into sleep Paralysis.
